Sun Dreams Travel, in collaboration with Niall Engerer, Malta’s national team coach and the number 1 ranked squash player in Malta, is thrilled to announce the launch of our inaugural squash festival, The Malta Squash Festival in September 2025. This highly anticipated event promises an enjoyable and high-quality tournament, providing a unique opportunity to compete against players from various nations. In addition to the tournament, we offer comprehensive squash coaching with some high end certified coaches, comfortable accommodation options, transport, food arrangements, entertainment, activities, and much more.
Set against the backdrop of Malta, renowned for its ideal weather, exceptional facilities, and a flourishing squash community, our festival ensures safe entertainment and memorable cultural visits. We are staging the event at the Marsa Sports Club which houses 5 squash courts and great additional facilities.
The squash tournament is open to participants of all ages. We are accepting individual registration as well as club registrations. Individual registrations will get picked in a team locally as the competition will be based on a team of 5, with all games played individually, earning points for the respective team through each match, bring players of all levels together in a team.
Sun Dreams Travel is providing two packages designed to meet your specific needs. The first package offers a 7 night stay. This includes training sessions led by top-rated coaches and players, additional activities, and half-day tours to explore the beautiful surroundings. The second package is a 4 night stay, primarily focused on the tournament. Both packages also include a warm welcome get-together and an exciting end-of-festival presentation dinner.
