We will also take you through a trip in history explaining how ingredients came about to this bare rocky land. You will also understand how these dishes came about and why previous generations made choices in relation of eating and combing foods in this way.
The trip includes pick up from your accommodation and transfer to location, which depending on weather, could be a park, a cliff top or a beach. During the trip you will get to learn how to prepare and also taste “Bigilla” and the famous “Maltese Rabbit”. These dishes are accompanied with traditional Maltese “Ftira” (local bread) and salads as well as drinks.
